Initial Contact — potential clients are asked to share details about their business model with us in an effort to understand your specific requirements.
Business Plan Review —Once we have mutually determined that there is an opportunity to proceed, we review your business plan financial history and projections, cash flow plans, current capital structure and the use or proceeds for the financing.
Meetings with the Management Team —We try to maximize your time, and minimize the amount of interaction required to make an investment decision. We do this while developing a strong bond with and appreciation for your management team.
The Investment Decision —Once LFSC has completed the due diligence process, we will draw up a term sheet for negotiation. From this point onward, we strive to align our interests with those of our investee companies so that we can work together in harmony.
Timing —Our goal is to make commitments in two to six weeks of receiving a business plan. Definitive documentation takes an additional two to three weeks before the transaction can be closed. |
